Madame Chair, Madame Vice Chair, and Members of the Planning Board:

I am Ollie Anderson, President Emeritus of South County Economic Development Association, Inc. (SCEDA), and a member of SCEDA’s Board of Directors.
As most of you know, SCEDA supports and encourages quality upscale development that creates new jobs and increases tax revenue, thus we support this project, CSP 11006.

SCEDA attracts its members from an area in southern Prince George's County which covers approximately one fifth of the county's total population of more than 850,500. The majority of the residents of this area are college-educated professionals with per capita income among the highest on the nations.
