SCEDA attracts its members from an area in southern Prince George’s County which covers approximately one fifth of the county’s total population of more than 850,500. The majority of the residents of this area are college-educated professionals with per capita incomes among the highest in the nation. SCEDA’s business and
organization members are also connected to the southern portion of the County
