SCEDA participates as a major stakeholder in all relevant forums and decision making
bodies responsible for shaping economic development, the master plans,
zoning, transportation, public safety, education, business opportunity and legislation issues.
SCEDA is organized and is operated exclusively for the purpose of unifying and motivating business professionals and other interested parties to establish and develop SCEDA as a community vehicle that speaks as a common voice and acts effectively in matters which impact commerce and other economic activity in Prince George’s County. We strive for the protection and improvement of the economic welfare of our total community, including both consumers and providers of goods and services.
We support development
